This dataset contains de-identified intracranial EEG (iEEG) recordings from 58 patients with drug-resistant epilepsy who underwent surgical evaluation at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Recordings include both ECoG (subdural grid/strip and depth electrodes) and SEEG (stereotactic depth electrodes) during interictal and ictal periods, along with electrode localizations in ICBM152 MNI space. The dataset also provides clinically-determined seizure onset zone channels and channels overlapping with the resection or ablation zone, supporting research on epileptogenic tissue mapping and surgical outcome prediction.

This dataset comprises high-density, dual-layer electroencephalography (EEG), neck electromyography (EMG), inertial measurement unit (IMU) acceleration, and ground reaction force recordings collected from older adults walking over uneven terrain at varying speeds. This dataset contains EEG recordings from 20 healthy participants performing a 7-day longitudinal motor imagery brain-computer interface (BCI) task without feedback. Each subject completed 7 sessions of 6 runs, imagining left hand, right hand, feet, and rest movements, yielding 33,600 trials in total. The dataset was converted to BIDS format from the original study by Zhou et al. (2021) examining the relationship between relative power and motor imagery decoding performance across time and subjects.
