HUP iEEG Epilepsy Dataset

This dataset contains de-identified intracranial EEG (iEEG) recordings from 58 patients with drug-resistant epilepsy who underwent surgical evaluation at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Recordings include both ECoG (subdural grid/strip and depth electrodes) and SEEG (stereotactic depth electrodes) during interictal and ictal periods, along with electrode localizations in ICBM152 MNI space. The dataset also provides clinically-determined seizure onset zone channels and channels overlapping with the resection or ablation zone, supporting research on epileptogenic tissue mapping and surgical outcome prediction.
