A de-identified intracranial EEG dataset from 58 patients with drug-resistant epilepsy treated at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. The dataset includes electrophysiological recordings from subdural grids, strips, depth electrodes (ECoG), and stereotactically-placed depth electrodes (SEEG), with electrode localizations in ICBM152 MNI space, clinically-determined seizure onset zones, and resection/ablation cavity segmentations. Both interictal and ictal periods are represented, providing a comprehensive resource for epilepsy research and surgical outcome prediction.

VocalMind is a stereotactic EEG (sEEG) dataset comprising intracranial recordings from one participant performing vocalized, mimed, and imagined speech tasks in Mandarin Chinese, a tonal language. The dataset supports research on speech decoding, brain-computer interfaces, and neural mechanisms of overt and covert speech production. Raw recordings sampled at 1000 Hz were converted to BIDS iEEG format with event markers indicating stimulus onsets for each speech modality.
