This dataset contains scalp EEG recordings from healthy adult participants collected during a one-hour session involving either 40 Hz audiovisual flicker stimulation, no flicker (control), or randomized flicker (sham) conditions. Throughout the recording session, participants performed a psychomotor vigilance task (PVT), enabling investigation of the effects of rhythmic sensory stimulation on vigilance and neural activity.
