LIGHT Hypnotherapy

This dataset contains EEG and ECG recordings collected during guided imagery hypnotherapy sessions designed to promote eudaemonic well-being through storytelling and deep visualization. Recordings include a baseline resting-state EEG session and EEG/ECG data from three in-person hypnotherapy sessions, with event markers denoting phase transitions within each session. The dataset is derived from a source OpenNeuro dataset and formatted according to BIDS standards.
