EEG Resting-state Microstates Correlates of Executive Functions
This dataset comprises resting-state EEG recordings and cognitive task performance data from 165 recruited participants, of which 140 constitute the final analyzed sample (ages 18-35) collected across two sessions. The study investigates the relationship between intrinsic brain spatio-temporal dynamics, assessed via EEG microstates during rest, and executive function performance measured through a comprehensive battery of nine cognitive tasks. The dataset includes 64-channel EEG recordings acquired at 512 Hz and behavioral measures from standardized executive function assessments.
