fNIRS finger tapping with lateralized auditory cues. 5 subjects, 56 NIRS channels (8 sources, 16 detectors incl. 8 short), NIRx NIRScout, 7.8 Hz, SNIRF format. 3 conditions x 30 trials. Zenodo DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.6575155
This dataset comprises simultaneous EEG and fNIRS recordings from 12 participants performing semantic imagery tasks involving silent naming and sensory-based imagination of animals and tools. Participants engaged in visual, auditory, and tactile perception tasks while neural activity was captured using a 64-channel BioSemi EEG system and a NIRx fNIRS imaging system with integrated optodes. The multimodal neuroimaging data supports research in semantic decoding and brain-computer interface applications.
This dataset comprises concurrent deep-brain electrical stimulation and whole-brain functional MRI data from 26 patients with medically refractory epilepsy. Patients underwent intracranial electrode implantation for clinical purposes, with one or multiple electrode contacts stimulated during fMRI acquisition using block design protocols. The resource includes anatomical imaging (T1, T2), resting-state fMRI, electrical stimulation-fMRI (es-fMRI) scans, field maps, electrode coordinates, and stimulation parameters, along with preprocessed derivatives.
This dataset comprises intracranial EEG (iEEG) recordings from ten pediatric epilepsy patients undergoing intracranial monitoring for seizure localization, recorded while they performed a visuomotor task. Subjects completed five sessions of Speed Match, a finger-tapping visuomotor game on the Lumosity platform, during interictal periods. The dataset provides continuous iEEG signals along with trial timing information for finger tapping events, supporting research into visuomotor processing and cortical dynamics in epilepsy patients.
This dataset contains electroencephalography (EEG) recordings from a study investigating the illusion of agency over electrically-actuated bodily movements. The research examines how individuals perceive control over movements induced via electrical muscle stimulation, contributing to the understanding of the sense of agency in human-computer interaction and body perception. Data were collected from human participants and organized according to the Brain Imaging Data Structure (BIDS) standard.
This dataset comprises intracranial EEG (iEEG) recordings from 22 patients undergoing stereo-EEG presurgical evaluation for drug-resistant epilepsy, capturing responses to 115 high-frequency cortical stimulations that evoked visual hallucinations. Each recording includes 21 seconds of iEEG data surrounding each stimulation event, with detailed annotations of stimulation parameters and 14 categories of evoked clinical visual phenomena. The dataset supports investigation of brain networks underlying stimulation-evoked visual symptoms and enables construction of symptom-related activation and connectivity maps.
This dataset comprises MEG, MRI, EMG, and eye-tracking data from 31 healthy right-handed adults performing a sequential finger tapping task (SFTT) to study early motor skill learning, overnight consolidation, and longer-term retention. Participants completed an initial MEG training session followed by up to two retest sessions approximately 24 hours and 30 days later, with resting-state MEG collected before and after each practice block. The dataset supports investigation of neural correlates of motor skill acquisition and memory consolidation.
