P300 dataset BI2015b from a "Brain Invaders" experiment
This dataset comprises electroencephalographic (EEG) recordings from 44 healthy subjects performing a visual P300 brain-computer interface (BCI) videogame called Brain Invaders. The experiment employed an oddball paradigm with a 6×6 grid of 36 symbols (1 target, 35 non-targets) flashed pseudo-randomly across three sessions with varying flash durations (110ms, 80ms, 50ms). EEG signals were acquired using 32 active wet electrodes at 512 Hz, with real-time adaptive classification to assess participant commands in a calibration-free BCI paradigm.
